This question is keeping me busy for some time now. I'm sure that there are roles out there for which my profile would be a perfect match. However, I might never become aware of these, because I might not know the companies or right search terms. This is frustrating for both sides, the companies and the talents. How to conquer? I feel the standard job search engines are not covering this
