HCP Talent is collaborating with a Long-Term Care/Rehabilitation (200 beds) in the Bronx, NY that is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor's (RNS) for a part-time on the weekends. Day shift (7a-3p), evening (3pm-11pm) and night shift (11pm-7am) positions are available. ***Free Parking***

Pay Rate: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

RNS Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead interdisciplinary team in receiving all new admissions into the facility. Ensure optimal care is provided and that patients and families have a great first impression.
• Lead and problem solve any clinical and administrative emergencies that arise on the tour.
• Support staff through education and leadership. Hold staff accountable when necessary.
• Act on behalf of the leadership team providing great coaching and customer service to patients, families, visitors, and staff.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid NYS RN License
• 1 Year Experience in Long-Term Care Required
• 2 Year of Nursing Experience Required
